Welcome to Dottie about cards. I live on the Wirral and have been crafting for 10 years. I have a son and daughter and 6 grandchildren. I have been a craft tutor covering many aspects of cardmaking for 10 years. I was employed by a local craft company, sadly that came to an end so now I have now gone freelance.

I have been busy this last couple of weeks quite a few birthdays in June and my family
always give me challenges for birthday cards.  The next four cards are for our June classes.
I have used Dimension Stamp clock set to make this card.  I have used the large and
small cog stamp and the tick tock word to stamp the background paper.  I have decoupaged the
small clock and the hands and haveused a brad on the clock hands.  I have inked round the
background paper with brushed corduroy distress ink.  The message is also from the set.

On this card I have used digi stamp images from one of My Craft Studio cd's.   I have also used nestability
circle and flower dies.
This is one of the nestability cut and tuck dies, the corners have been cut using one of Nellie Snellen
corner dies, and the rose has been made using Marianne flower dies.  I have used small pearls on
every other fold.
Thought I would use some of my dies on
this card so I have used Marianne butterfly and flowers, dynamics leaf flourish and nestability labels.  The message has been stamped with the small sentiment set from Dimension Stamps and the label and paper has beeninked with victorian velvet distress ink.

Thought I would have a little fun with this diamond stamp from Dimension
stamps.  I think it makes a great hot air balloon.  Again I stamped the diamond on my card and again on masking tape, covered the diamond and used my brushes to do the sky and the mountains.  I used denim blue adirondak ink and black momento.  The trees at the bottom I used the spring tree from the 4 seasons stamp set and stamped with peeled paint distress ink.  The sentiments are from the small sentiments sheet
from Dimension Stamps.  The balloon has been coloured in with berry red and china blue promarkers.
This  poppy stamp is from the Touch of Summer Dimension Stamp set.  I stamped the poppy then stamped again on masking tape and covered the poppies. I have used denim distress ink and peeled paint with inkyliscious brushes to create the sky and grass.  I then removed the masking tape and coloured in the poppy with poppy promarker and marsh green for leaves.  The fence is from memory box. The bees and the sentiments are from Dimension Stamps.
This stepper shaped card I have used the  rose from the Touch of Summer stamp set from Dimension Stamps.  All I have used is the flower head and two of the leaves for each flower, coloured it with blossom and rose pink promarkers and pear green and marsh green for the leaves.  The butterfly is one of my old Anna Griffin punches and the circles are from Nestabilities and Nellie Snellen.
